Since 1940, J.W.Stratton has built many outstanding developments of houses and apartments along the South Coast and in the process built an unrivalled reputation for quality and attention to detail.
J.W.Stratton is a byword for excellence in house building and because we know Sussex intimately, we can commission local architects to create individual character homes reflecting local styles,rather than relying on standard house types- which is why we have been recognised for our excellent and sympathetic construction work in conservation areas and won three awards - the Worthing Borough Council Distinction in Building Award for our developments in Broadwater Mews and Park Lodge, Worthing and the Arun District Council Design Award for our development in Shripney.
Additionally, two of our Site Managers have received the NHBC "Pride in the Job" awards.
As an early member of the NHBC from 1967 the Company have also been long standing members of the Federation of Master Builders and have solidly built up and always enjoyed an enviable reputation for good value, good quality and well constructed properties using traditional construction methods.
